I paused at the edge of this famous Tokyo intersection, quietly letting the relentless rush of the modern world wash over me. Opening the shutter for a few seconds, the frantic energy of the multitudes merged into a fierce river of glowing neons and blurred, restless phantoms. Within that endless stream of impermanence, there was but a fleeting shadow of a walking woman, whose white scarf caught the light for a brief moment before her steps dissolved back into the nameless crowd. This image is a quiet reflection on our own journey—we are merely wanderers passing through the night light, visible for a single heartbeat before we once again become part of one great, continuously flowing river.
